RETURN QUALIFICATIONS
If we make a mistake on an order (like shipping the wrong item, size or defective product which is rare), we will make it right, just contact us to let us know.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the correct item and send the incorrect item back to us for a refund. Customer is responsible for paying to get the item to us.
PLEASE NOTE:
Items need to be original condition to be returned:
- It should be new with tag.
- Never worn or washed.
- Originally packaged.
- Be free of any stains or smells.
Shipments that are returned without our prior approval will not be processed.
If a customer would like to return an item for a refund, or exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping to get the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item minus any shipping costs (original shipping costs are not refundable).
We accept return for no reason within 30 days after you sign the package.

2.We will provide you with the return address.

3.Please ship the item/order back to us to the address provided.
4.Please provide the tracking number.
Once we receive the item, we will refund within 3 working days (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
Shipping Cost:
Customers need to pay the shipping cost to send the package back.
We do not refund shipping cost.
